Commission per renewal
Fifteen percent of every Elite plan you refer, every billing period that plan renews. Recurring means recurring: the first payment and each one after it, for as long as the member stays.

A commission recurs only while the referred member stays subscribed, and stops when they cancel. Free Discord joins do not generate commission; the free floor is free for everyone, including the people you send.

What has to be true before a referral counts
Attribution is handled entirely by Whop, so the conditions are mechanical rather than discretionary. All of them have to hold for commission to start.
- You are signed up as an affiliate on Whop and using your own tracked link, not a plain link to the website.
- The referral subscribes to an Elite term through your link. Whop attributes the sale to the last affiliate link clicked, under its own attribution window.
- The subscription stays active. Commission is paid per renewal and stops when the member cancels or their payment fails.
- The house conduct rules below are met. A breach forfeits unpaid commission.
- Payouts and taxes. Whop handles tracking, attribution and payment under its affiliate terms; affiliates are responsible for their own taxes.
You do not have to be an Elite member yourself to earn. The program is open to anyone who takes a link, including members who only ever use the free floor.

Everything the Den publishes is educational rather than advice, and promotion has to hold the same line. This is a financial niche: earnings talk and performance claims attract regulatory attention, and the audience has already been burned by both.
DO THIS
- Lead with the free floor. It is the honest hook and it costs the reader nothing.
- Show the reasoning: what a call looks like, how a level gets argued, how a loss gets written up.
- Share your own experience in your own words, including the parts that went badly.
- Disclose every time. Mark the link as an affiliate link, visibly, right next to it.
NEVER DO THIS
- No promised profits, win rates or performance claims of any kind.
- No framing anything from the Den as financial advice.

Is the commission really recurring?
Yes. It is paid every billing period the referred member remains on Elite, not only on the first payment. It stops when they cancel, when a payment fails, or if the affiliate is removed from the program for a conduct breach.
Do free Discord joins earn commission?
No. The free floor is free for everyone and generates no commission. Commission is tied to a paid Elite subscription taken through an affiliate link, which is also why the free room is the honest thing to lead with.
How and when do I get paid?
Whop handles tracking, attribution and payment under its own affiliate terms, and payouts appear in your Whop account rather than being sent by The Velvet Den. Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes in their own jurisdiction.
Can I run ads for The Velvet Den?
You can promote in your own channels, but not by bidding on the brand name in paid search, and never with earnings or performance claims. Anything that reads as a promise about outcomes is a breach, whether it is an ad, a post or a video.
Can I get a higher rate?
Rates above 5% exist for affiliates sending real volume, and they are agreed case by case in a Discord ticket rather than published. Nothing higher is promised in advance, and the standard rate is what applies until something else is agreed in writing.
