How the desk trades
Position trading moves slowly on purpose. The desk cares about where a name is going over weeks, not minutes, so the conversation is levels, catalysts and patience.
- Positions build over weeks. Adds are planned, not chased.
- Catalysts are mapped ahead. Earnings and events sit on the calendar before the trade does.
- Levels are argued before the open. A level nobody challenged is a level nobody trusts.

What does a stock alert include?
Every alert carries five parts: an entry range rather than a single price, scaled targets, a structural stop set below a level, a size note, and the reasoning behind the trade. A call without its why does not get posted.
