Everything people ask
The full FAQ for The Velvet Den: what the free Discord includes, what Elite adds, how billing and cancellation work, how the Whop-to-Discord connection fails, and where the paperwork lives. Every answer is written to stand alone.
The room
Is The Velvet Den free?
Yes. The Discord server is free to join and stays free: all four trading rooms, the community floor and the Live Stage sessions. No card, no trial that expires. Elite is a separate optional subscription that adds the private analyst desks and data feed.
What markets does the Den cover?
US equities and options, across four desks: stocks, options, swing and day trading. The room runs every market day from pre-market to the close, with the busiest stretches around the open and power hour.
Do I need experience to join?
No. The free floor is built for reading: watch the desks argue levels, follow the reasoning on calls, and use the learning topics and glossary to build vocabulary. Nothing in the server requires you to trade at all, and nobody should trade money they cannot afford to lose.
Elite and billing
What does Elite add?
The alert desks of nDemik, Sniper, Ansh, Instinct and Saucy, the Elite WarRoom live sessions, weekly learning topics, the full market-data feed, the rewarded post-mortem room, in-server ticket support and access to the Sinux Signals dashboard.
How much does Elite cost?
Elite runs on a monthly, quarterly or yearly term, all recurring and all in USD. Current prices, effective monthly rates and the savings on longer terms live on the pricing page, which is the single authoritative source: see pricing.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your Whop account or with a support ticket in the Discord. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops the next charge and access continues to the end of the paid period. Cancelling before renewal is the member's responsibility.
Getting in
I paid on Whop but no Elite role appeared.
Two causes cover nearly every case: the Discord connection was never completed, or the wrong Discord account was authorised. Reconnect Discord from your Whop account settings with the account that sits in the server, then open create-a-ticket if the role still refuses. Step-by-step: Get Access.
What is the Sinux Signals dashboard?
A member dashboard that tracks every analyst call live: one push notification when a call posts, the full trade on tap, and running P&L on every open position. Access is gated by the Elite Discord role. Details: Signals.
The paperwork
Is any of this financial advice?
No. The Velvet Den is a community and education space, not a licensed financial adviser, and holds no Capital Markets Services Licence. Calls are the analyst's own reasoning shared openly; decisions and sizing stay yours. The full notice is on the disclaimer page.
Who do I contact when something breaks?
Open create-a-ticket inside the Discord server, the primary route for everything: billing, roles, bugs and questions. If the server itself is unreachable, Whop's own support chat is the backup for purchase-related issues.
Does The Velvet Den have an affiliate program?
Yes: 5% recurring commission on every Elite plan, paid each billing period the referred member stays subscribed, tracked and paid through Whop. Conduct rules are strict and higher rates are negotiated through a Discord ticket. Details: Affiliates.
Still holding a question?
Ask it in the room. That is what the room is for.
