The agreement between The Velvet Den and everyone who uses its website, Discord community, Elite membership or associated services. Using any of them means accepting these Terms.
Using the website, the Discord community, a Whop membership or any associated service means agreeing to these Terms. Anyone who does not agree must not use the services. The Terms apply to all visitors, users and members.
The services are for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to join the free Discord or to hold an Elite membership, and by using either you confirm that you are. This matches the age floor stated in the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer.
Elite plans are sold through Whop, and purchasing means accepting the billing term shown at checkout. All prices are stated and charged in US dollars; banks outside the US may add a conversion or foreign-transaction fee, which belongs to the card issuer, is never received by The Velvet Den and is not refundable. The authoritative pricing source is the pricing page; where a third-party platform shows a conflicting price, the website governs. All three plans are recurring subscriptions renewing automatically at the then-current price until cancelled: monthly every month, quarterly every three months, yearly every year. There is no lifetime or one-time plan.
Auto-renewal is the default, and it is solely the member’s responsibility to cancel before the next renewal date; a missed cancellation renews, charges, and that charge is final. Two routes exist: cancel directly in your Whop account at any time, or open a support ticket in the Discord. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, access continues until it expires, and no refund is made for unused time.
All sales are final. No refunds are offered for change of mind, failure to cancel before renewal, partial use of a period, dissatisfaction with content or outcomes, inability to access the community for any reason, or disputes about the educational nature of the content; completing a purchase is an explicit acknowledgement of this. This clause applies except where a refund or remedy is required by applicable law: nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any statutory right or guarantee, including under Malaysia’s Consumer Protection Act 1999, that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Unused value, partial payments and credits from one period cannot be transferred to, applied against or credited toward any other purchase, upgrade, downgrade or renewal, across any plan.
The only compensation for outages, interruptions or disruptions is an extension of the affected membership by an equivalent number of days, granted at The Velvet Den’s discretion. No cash refunds, partial refunds or credits in lieu.
All alerts, commentary, Discord messages, calls and articles are educational and informational only, and members are solely responsible for their own decisions. The full risk notice is in the Disclaimer.
Members must not copy, redistribute, resell or publicly share paid content or alerts; use the services unlawfully; harass, threaten or abuse other members; impersonate The Velvet Den, its analysts or its team; or attempt unauthorised access. Violations may end the membership immediately, without refund.
All site and community content, including analysis, writing, graphics, video and The Velvet Den brand and logo, belongs to The Velvet Den. Members receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only; no reproduction, distribution or derivative works without written permission.
Commission is 5% recurring on all plans, tracked and paid through Whop under Whop’s own affiliate terms; details on the affiliates page. Self-referrals, misrepresentation of The Velvet Den, spam, paid search on the brand name and any claim of guaranteed returns are grounds for immediate removal and forfeiture of unpaid commission.
The Velvet Den may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for a breach of these Terms or for conduct harmful to the community. No refund is issued on termination for cause.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Velvet Den is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the services or from any trading decision made on the basis of its content. Use is entirely at the member’s own risk.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, to which every member submits by using the services. The community is open worldwide: members are responsible for compliance with the laws applicable in their own country, and the services are not offered where they would be unlawful.
These Terms may be updated at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions go through a Discord support ticket, with Whop support as the secondary route.
